– The communication was seamless. We always knew what was being done and what is going to be done next. – They’re a one-stop shop which means they’re not bringing 3rd parties or sub-contractors to get the job done. Anyone working on the project is their employee, properly licensed and insured.
– They offer no-interest financing.
– When we had a small issue with the completed work, they resolved it for no additional cost within 24 hours.
– They assign a project manager that is your point of contact for the project. This helps minimize misunderstandings or miscommunication.
– We’ve worked with another company that has been quite popular in our neighborhood but have honestly had a much better overall experience with Designs 4 You. This is why we recommend them over the alternative.
– Unlike other contractors, they do not charge more than 10% for the project deposit, and they allow 3 business days for you to change your mind on your project. (This is required by California law but not all companies seem to care about that).
– They’ve taken the time to show us the high level of quality in the work they do when compared to the cheaper competition. Our project manager was Sunny who was immensely helpful, patient, and friendly.
